If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it complete with packaging and proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase we will exchange or issue gift vouchers to the current retail value. We do not accept responsibility for charges incurred when returning items unless proven faulty. In addition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods have been worn or used unless faulty. Non-faulty goods exchanged or replaced are subject to the normal p&p charges.

There is no refund or exchange on DVD's, books, sale items, underwear and jewellery unless proven faulty.
